Artwork Proofs
  1. Upon receiving your order, our graphic design team will review your file and create an artwork proof for you to approve before they are sent to production.
  2. If there are any errors in your artwork our design team will advise how they can be fixed.
  3. To receive a proof before you make a payment, select the ‘Pay by Invoice’ option at the checkout.
  4. Our design team will supply a maximum of 2 artwork proof revisions for no charge. If you want to make changes to the artwork after receiving the 2nd proof, a $25+GST artwork fee will be applied.
  5. Please be sure to check all content is correct very carefully. This includes phone numbers, emails, spelling etc. We do not offer free reprints or refunds for orders that have had a proof approved with an error on it. This includes artwork created by Space Print.
  6. Once you proof has been approved we will send to the order straight to production so no further changes can be made.
Pricing
  1. All prices exclude GST.
  2. There are no additional charges for proofs
  3. Price listed is per design. Eg. We cannot split an order of 500 cards into multiple designs. Even the smallest difference in the artwork will need to be ordered as a second set of cards.
  4. All prices include express delivery except for coffee cups which is quoted at cost from courier.
  5. Ordering for more than 5 staff members? Discounts apply, email orders@spaceprint.com.au for pricing.
Delivery
  1. We only delivery orders to physical street addresses, not PO Boxes.
  2. We send all orders by Express Courier service on either Toll, TNT & Startrack depending on location.
  3. Standard delivery time from dispatch is overnight to major cities and 2 nights for regional locations.
  4. You will receive a notification when your order is dispatched via email. This will include the name of the courier company and the consignment tracking code.
  5. If you need to enquire about your delivery you can liaise directly with the courier using the details provided in the dispatch notification.
  6.  Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery time as we are using a third party.
