Artwork Guidelines
To ensure the best print result, please supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF, AI, EPS, or PSD file in CMYK colour mode at 300dpi resolution. Include 2mm bleed on all sides and keep important text and elements at least 2mm inside the trim line.
Because clear labels print with CMYK plus white ink, your artwork must include a separate white ink layer. This layer tells us which areas of your design should be opaque and which should let the clear film show through. We will send you artwork templates and can help you set this up if needed.

Delivery & Turnaround
Production takes 6 working days to dispatch after artwork approval and payment. Delivery is included Australia-wide (excluding Tasmania, Western Australia, and Northern Territory — please contact us for a delivery quote to these areas).
Every order includes 2 free digital proofs so you can review your labels before we print. Additional proofs are $25 + GST each. Delivery times are courier-dependent and cannot be guaranteed, but most metro deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

How to Supply Your Label Artwork
- Set up your file in CMYK colour mode
- Save at 300dpi resolution
- Include 2mm bleed on all sides
- Keep text and logos 3mm from the trim edge
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Save as PDF, AI, EPS, or PSD
- For Silver Foil and Clear labels: include a separate white ink layer

FAQs
What file format do you need for artwork?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, and PSD files. Artwork should be set up in CMYK colour mode at 300dpi with 2mm bleed on all sides. If you are unsure about your file, upload it with your order and we will check it during the proof stage.
How long does production take?
Production takes 6 working days to dispatch after your artwork has been approved and payment received. Delivery times are in addition to production and depend on your location.
Can I get a proof before printing?
Yes. Every order includes 2 free digital proofs so you can check your label design before we go to print. Additional proofs beyond the first two are $25 + GST each.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 500 labels. Labels are supplied on rolls of 500 on 76mm cores. For quantities of 1,000 or more, you will receive multiple rolls.
Are custom sizes available?
Yes. If you need a size that is not listed on our website, please contact us with your requirements and we will provide a custom quote.
Will the label be completely invisible on my product?
The label film itself is clear, but your printed design will be visible. Clear labels work best on glass, clear plastic, or light-coloured surfaces where the transparent areas blend seamlessly, creating a “no-label” look. On dark surfaces, you may want to use a white ink backing for your design.
Do I need special artwork for clear labels?
Yes. Clear labels are printed with CMYK plus a white ink layer. You will need to include a separate white ink layer in your artwork to define which areas should be opaque and which should remain transparent. We will provide a template and help you set this up correctly.
