A plain trestle table looks like a plain trestle table. A printed table cloth turns it into part of your stand. Space Print prints your design in full colour onto polyester fabric, cut and sewn to fit a standard 4ft, 6ft or 8ft trestle table.

The colour is dye-sublimated, which means the ink goes into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. The cloth folds away after the event, comes out again at the next one, and goes in the wash when it needs to.

Pick your style

Fitted Stretch. Stretch fabric that pulls tight over the table and down the legs. The sharpest, most modern look. For 4ft and 6ft tables.
Straight Fit. Drops straight to the floor on all four sides with a closed back. A neat box shape that hides everything under the table.
Open Back. Full drop at the front and sides, shorter at the back. You can sit behind the table and reach the stock and bags you keep underneath.
Loose Throw. One draped piece of fabric with soft rounded corners. Quick to throw on and the most relaxed look.

Artwork Guidelines

Artwork Guidelines for Printed Table Cloths

Every size and style has its own template. The template shows the front, top, back and both sides laid out flat, so you can see exactly where each part of your design ends up. Ask for yours through our contact page and tell us the table size and style before you design.

Supply a print-ready PDF built on the template, with 5mm bleed past the cut line.
Keep logos and text inside the safe area marked on the template, away from the seams.
Put your main message on the front panel. That is the part people see when they walk up to the table.
The top is usually covered by brochures, stock and laptops. A solid colour or a simple pattern works best there.
Supply artwork in CMYK. We convert anything in RGB, which can shift colour.
Not sure your file is right? Send it through anyway. We check every file and come back to you if something needs fixing.

Which style should I choose?

Fitted Stretch for the sharpest look on a 4ft or 6ft table. Straight Fit if you want everything under the table hidden on all four sides. Open Back if someone sits behind the table and needs to reach stock underneath. Loose Throw for the quickest set up and a softer, draped look.

Will it fit my table?

The cloths are made for standard trestle tables: 4ft (1220 x 610mm), 6ft (1835 x 762mm) and 8ft (2440 x 762mm), all 737mm high. Measure your table first. If it is a different size, contact us before you order.

Is the table included?

No. The price is for the printed cloth only.

Can I wash it?

Yes. The cloth is dye-sublimated polyester, so it is washable and made to be used again and again.

Why is there no 8ft Fitted Stretch?

Our fitted stretch cloths are made for 4ft and 6ft tables. For an 8ft table, choose Straight Fit, Open Back or Loose Throw.

How fast can I get it?

Printed table cloths are usually dispatched within 5 working days after artwork approval and payment. We confirm the dispatch date when you order. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier and your location.

Can I get a template?

Yes. Each size and style has its own template showing the front, top, back and sides. Contact us with your table size and style and we will send it.

Delivery Information

Free delivery Australia-wide, every state and territory, on all printed table cloth orders.
Dispatch: usually within 5 working days after artwork approval and payment. We confirm the dispatch date when the order is placed.
Delivery times are courier dependent and cannot be guaranteed, but we dispatch as fast as we can and send tracking when it leaves.
