Custom Printed Paper Lids
Want your brand on every part of the coffee experience? These paper lids are printed with your logo or design, so your customers see your brand the moment they pick up their cup.

How It Works
1. Pick your options
Choose your lid size and material above. If you’re in South Australia, Western Australia or Hobart, you’ll need the compostable option as plastic-lined products aren’t allowed there.
2. Send us your artwork
Upload your logo or design with your order. Our team will set everything up on the lid template and send you a proof to check before we print.
3. We print and ship
Once you’re happy with the proof, we send it to production. Your lids will be ready in about 3 to 4 weeks.
Already ordering custom cups?
Add matching printed lids to complete the look. It’s a small detail your customers will definitely notice.

FAQs
What sizes do you have?
We have two sizes. The small lid fits 6oz and 8oz cups, and the large lid fits 12oz and 16oz cups.
How many do I need to order?
The minimum order is 10,000 lids. They come in boxes of 1,000, so that is 10 boxes. You can also order 15,000 or 20,000.
What is the difference between the two materials?
The standard lid is made from recyclable paper. The compostable lid is made from paper that breaks down naturally, so it is both recyclable and compostable. If your business is in South Australia, Western Australia or Hobart, you need the compostable one because plastic-lined products are banned there.
How long does it take?
About 3 to 4 weeks from when you approve the proof.
Can I print any design I want?
Yes, full colour printing. Your logo, brand colours, patterns, whatever you like.
Is there any other branding on the lid?
There is a very faint embossed logo from the manufacturer, but it is barely noticeable.
Are these as sturdy as plastic lids?
They are slightly softer than a traditional plastic lid. They work great, but they do not snap on quite as tight. Perfect for cafes, events and anywhere you want that premium branded touch.
Is delivery included in the price?
No, delivery is not included in the product price. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Custom printed lids take about 3 to 4 weeks from when you approve the proof.
Plain unprinted lids can ship straight away (while stocks last).
Delivery
Freight to metro locations usually takes 2-3 business days, except WA and NT which can take 4-5 business days. Allow an extra day or two for regional areas.
Freight Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Freight to WA and NT is usually more expensive and slower than other states.
