Cotton foil cards are hot foil stamping at its best: metallic foil pressed by hand into thick cotton stock, so the foil sits in a crisp impression you can feel. Gold on black cotton, copper on navy – this is the finish luxury brands reach for.

Individually quoted

With 30+ standard foil colours (and 100+ on request), 20 stocks including black, grey and navy cottons, and one- or two-sided combinations, every cotton foil job is quoted individually. Tell us your colours and quantity and we will price your exact card, delivery included.

Production is 10-13 business days from artwork approval. Artwork: outlined-font vector PDF with 3mm bleed; PDF proof with two free amendment rounds before pressing.

How is this different from your foil business cards?

Our Gold, Silver, Rose Gold and Holographic foil ranges are pressed on velvet-laminated stock on a fast schedule. Cotton foil is hand-pressed into thick natural cotton – a deeper impression, a craft finish, and a longer production time.

What foil colours are available?

Over 30 standard colours including golds, silvers, coppers and matte tones, with 100+ available on request. Tell us your brand colours and we will recommend the closest foils on your proof.

How do I get a price?

Request a quote with your quantity, stock and foil colours – we reply with a firm price including delivery.

Delivery Details

This is a made-to-order premium product: production is 10-13 business days from artwork approval, then express delivery (typically 1-3 business days depending on destination). Delivery is included in your quote. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking. Arrival dates are estimates – once an order ships, timing sits with the courier and cannot be guaranteed. We deliver to physical street addresses only, not PO Boxes.
