Specialty Paper Business Cards

The paper is half of what people feel when they take your card. Choose from over 270 premium papers and colours: soft cotton, textured stocks, metallic and pearl shimmer papers, translucent vellum and recycled papers, from 200gsm up to 800gsm.

Which paper for which feel

Cotton: soft and thick, up to 800gsm, and made for letterpress. Textured: a surface people can feel with their fingertips. Metallic and shimmer: a pearl or metallic sheen across the whole card. Translucent vellum: a frosted, see-through paper. Recycled: including Japanese recycled papers in ivory, sand and stone tones.

Combine it with

Depending on the paper, you can add letterpress, foil, raised foil, blind emboss or deboss, flat or full colour print, painted or foil edges, or a die cut shape. On dark papers only white, silver or gold ink prints.

• 100% cotton: 300, 450 and 600gsm in Max White, Linen Cream, Natural Beige, New Grey, Power Blue and Gentlemen Blue (not every colour in every weight)
• Thick cotton: Natural White in 450, 500 and an extra-thick 800gsm
• Cotton blend: 300 and 450gsm in White, Black, Brown, Clay, Sand and Green; 600gsm in White
• Textured white: 300 to 600gsm in Bright White, Natural White, Soft White and Off White
• Linen: 350gsm White
• Metallic: 250gsm in Cryogen White, White Gold, Lustre, Galvanised, Gold Leaf, Super Gold, Violette, Nude, Chocolate and Blue Print
• Pearl shimmer: 285gsm in Crystal, Opal, Silver, Gold, Fine Gold, Antique Gold, Bronze, Azalea, Lapis Lazuli and Onyx
• Translucent vellum: 200gsm in White, Shimmery Silver and Shimmery Gold
• Textured colours: 270 to 380gsm in Goya White, Ibizenca Sand, Andina Grey, Adiron Blue, Desiree Red and Black Truffle
• Earthy textured: 360gsm in Gesso White, Limestone Ivory, Kraft, Clay, Pitch Brown, Verdigris Green, Acqua Blue and Cobalt
• Recycled: 350gsm Bright White and Cream; Japanese recycled 300gsm in Ivory, Sand and Stone
• Kraft: 300 and 450gsm

• Duplex and triplex: two or three lighter papers bonded into one thick card, with a different colour on each side or in the middle

Individually quoted

Paper, print, finish and quantity all change the price, so every job is quoted individually. Cards are up to 90 x 55mm as standard; larger sizes up to 105 x 100mm can be quoted.

Production is 10-13 business days from artwork approval. Artwork: outlined-font vector PDF with 3mm bleed. We send a PDF proof (two free amendment rounds) before production.
