Each cheque is printed in full colour on rigid 5mm fluted plastic (TEKflute), a lightweight but sturdy board that stands up on an easel, holds firm when held between two people, and survives being packed away and brought out again for the next event. The standard size is a generous 457 x 1016mm, big enough to read from across a room and in every photo.

Artwork Guidelines

Artwork Guidelines for Giant Cheques

Finished size: 457 x 1016mm (standard). Set your artwork up at this size plus 3mm bleed on all edges.
Colour: Supply artwork in CMYK. We convert all files to CMYK for print, so RGB colours may shift.
Resolution: 150dpi at final size is ideal for large format. Vector artwork is best for logos and text.
Fonts: Outline or embed all fonts before supplying your file.
File format: Print-ready PDF is preferred. High resolution JPG, PNG or TIFF are also accepted.
Printed one side: Giant cheques are printed full colour on the front only.

What material are the giant cheques printed on?

Rigid 5mm fluted plastic, known as TEKflute. It is lightweight and easy to hold or stand on an easel, but rigid and durable enough to reuse at multiple events.

What size are they?

The standard giant cheque is 457 x 1016mm, which reads clearly across a room and in photos. If you need a different size for a specific event, contact us for a custom quote.

Can I put my own logos and wording on it?

Yes. Your cheque is printed exactly as you design it, so you control the payee, the amount, the date, the signatures, the logos and all the branding.

How long does it take?

Giant cheques are dispatched in 3 to 4 business days after your artwork is approved and payment is received.

Do you offer proofs?

Yes. Every order includes 2 free proofs so you can check the layout and wording before we print. Additional proofs are $25 plus GST each.

Is delivery included?

Yes, delivery is included Australia-wide on giant cheques.
