Presentation Folders – Matte/Silk

Highest quality full-colour printing (digital or offset depending on the quantity) on heavy 350gsm stock finished with matte/silk cello glazing to add extra durability and overall style.

Our folders feature:

Internal pocket for document storage and a business card holder
Available in print on the inside and outside or just the outside
Matte/silk on the inside and outside or just outside
Full-colour CMYK printing.

We have a large range of templates available that you can download for free so you can design your own presentation folders. These range from no gusset to a large 10mm gusset.

Simply click on the “Free Templates” to download them and start designing in your favourite design software.

When supplying your presentation folder artwork please be sure to follow:

Set up your artwork on a different layer to the template guidelines
All fonts converted to outlines
CMYK colour format
Embed all images and graphics
Extend all elements that touch the edge of the template 3mm past (not the edge of the entire file, just the magenta guidelines)
Export your file as PDF

Ensure the file is setup in CMYK colour mode
Save as 300dpi
Include 3mm bleed – For more information on artwork bleed click here.
For best results do not place any text or logos within 3mm of the edge of the artwork.
Convert all fonts to outlines
Embed all images

What are Matte Cello Presentation Folders?

Matte Cello Presentation Folders are high-quality, full-colour printed folders made from thick 350GSM stock with a matte or silk laminate finish, adding durability and a professional look.

Can I print on both sides of the folder?

Yes, you can choose to print on both the inside and outside or just the outside, based on your preference.

What gusset sizes are available for these folders?

The folders are available with no gusset or with gussets up to 10mm, allowing for different document capacities.

Are templates available for designing the folders?

Yes, free downloadable templates are available to assist you in designing your folders with various gusset options.

Can I upload my own artwork?

Yes. You can upload your file with your order. If you are not 100% it is correct there is no need to worry. Our artwork team will review your file and send you a digital artwork proof for you to approve prior to them being sent to production.

If there are any issues with your files we will let you know and if it is a simple fix we will do it for you. If there are issues with missing fonts/images or other items that we can not do on our side we will let you know and provide guidance on what to do.

Do you offer artwork creation services?

Our artwork team can complete simple logo and text placement and update the folder colour for $50+GST.

If you require a more complex design we have a range of graphic designers for different budgets that we can refer you to that can create your artwork design for you.

How many colours can I include in my presentation folder artwork?

Our pricing is for full-colour printing so you can include as many as you require. Note that the price does not change for single-colour printing. As the printing is done offset/digital the process is the same regardless of the number of colours.

How long will the folders take to arrive?

Our standard turnaround time is 4-5 business days. This can vary however depending on where they are being sent to.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to get a faster turnaround than this and we also cannot guarantee a specific delivery date as this is reliant on couriers completing the delivery on schedule and not within our control.

The 4-5 business day turnaround starts from when your artwork proof is approved and payment has been received. If this occurs after 10 am AEST this will start the following day.

Can I see some samples before I do a big print run?

We can do a hard copy printed proof for an additional $50+GST. This is required to be ordered with the full run and cannot be ordered on its own.
