Convert the file to CMYK colour format. This is the best format for printing colours accurately
Make sure your file is saved at 300 DPI for a high-resolution print
Include a bleed of 3mm to prevent white borders
Ensure all important text and logos are no closer than 3mm to the border

Our prices are clearly displayed with no hidden costs so you can simply choose the quantity you require, select the Matt laminating to be applied on 1 or 2 sides and finally choose whether you would like rounded or standard corners. All of these options are printed on high quality 350GSM stock.

Matt laminate can be applied to 1 side and uncoated on the back. This is a great option for appointment cards to allow the cards to be written on.

Upload Your Artwork

You will then have the opportunity to upload your artwork files. We accept many file types including PDF, PSD, JPG and more, please refer to the artwork guidelines tab for further information on how to set up your artwork file for best results.

Complete Your Print Order Online

Complete the steps through the online checkout process and specify where you would like your order delivered to. We offer free standard delivery Australia wide and also have an express shipping option which you can select at checkout if you need your order faster.

Approve Your Artwork Proof

Upon receiving your order, our design team will review your artwork file and create a digital proof. This will be sent to you to review and approve within 4 hours of receiving your order (during business hours). Once you have approved your artwork proof, we will schedule your print job on the next available production run.

Ensure the file is setup in CMYK colour mode
Save as 300dpi
Include 3mm bleed – For more information on artwork bleed click here.
For best results do not place any text or logos within 3mm of the edge of the artwork.
Convert all fonts to outlines

A note on solid black and dark colours

Matt cello lamination softens ink colour. Large areas of solid black and very dark colours such as navy, deep green and burgundy print softer and lighter than they appear on screen – solid black comes out as a deep charcoal rather than a jet black. This is a characteristic of the matt laminate finish and it cannot be shown on a screen proof. If a true jet black or a deep, saturated dark colour is essential to your branding, we recommend our Gloss or Economy business cards, or contact us before ordering and we will help you choose.

What are Matt Cello Business Cards?

Matt Cello Business Cards are printed on 350GSM stock and finished with a silky matt cellophane laminate. The result is a smooth, glare-free card with a soft, premium feel.

Will solid black artwork print as a true jet black?

No. Matt cello lamination softens ink colour, so large areas of solid black print as a deep charcoal rather than a jet black. Other very dark colours such as navy, deep green and burgundy also print softer and lighter than they appear on screen. This cannot be shown on a screen proof. If a true jet black or a deep, saturated dark colour is essential to your branding, we recommend our Gloss or Economy business cards, or contact us before ordering.

Standard sizes are 90x55mm, 90x45mm and 86x54mm. Custom sizes are available up to a maximum of 90x55mm.

How long does it take to receive Matt Cello Business Cards?

Delivery is by courier and included free Australia wide. Transit times depend on the courier and your location, so arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.

What are the artwork guidelines for Matt Cello Business Cards?

Believe me, I've spent a LOT of money on different printers (and been horribly disappointed), but SpacePrint absolutely NAILED IT. Marie's advice, patience and prompt communication are five star. No question was considered too trivial. I ordered the 450gsm premium velvet with spot varnish. The spot varnish was applied just over the black areas of the card front.
