A normal pull up banner is invisible to half the people who walk past it. Double sided pull up banners from Space Print carry two full colour panels back to back in one silver twin base, so your message works on people coming from both directions, not just the ones who happen to approach from the front.
Each side is its own 845 x 2100mm print on 440gsm block out polyester. The block out layer sits between the two panels, so neither side ghosts through the other, even with strong light behind. Print the same artwork twice for a walkway, or two different messages, one facing in and one facing out.
Where double sided banners work
- Shopping centre walkways and aisles. Foot traffic flows both ways. One banner covers both.
- Entries and doorways. Welcome message on the way in, offer or next step on the way out.
- Expo aisles. Placed side-on at the edge of your stand, it works the whole corridor instead of one direction.
- Footpaths and forecourts. Passers-by from either direction see a printed face, never the blank back of a banner.

The honest comparison is two single banners standing back to back. The twin base is one unit to buy, one bag to carry, one thing to set up, and it cannot drift apart or show a gap. If each side carries different artwork, tell us which side faces which way and we will set the proofs up so it lands the right way around.
Every banner arrives assembled in its own carry bag and sets up in about a minute, no tools.

Artwork Guidelines
Artwork Guidelines for Double Sided Pull Up Banners
Two sides, two files. Supply one print-ready file per side, even when both sides carry the same artwork, and name them clearly, side A and side B.
- Supply print-ready PDF artwork in CMYK at final size. We convert anything in RGB, which can shift colour.
- Each side prints at 845 x 2100mm with a 2000mm visible image area. The top 10mm rolls into the top rail and the bottom 90mm wraps into the base, so keep both clear of logos and text.
- If the two sides are different, tell us which side should face which direction and we will set the proofs up that way.
- A banner in a walkway is read in a few seconds from a distance. One clear message per side in big type beats a crowded layout.
- Templates are available. Ask for yours through our contact page before you design.
- Not sure your files are right? Send them through anyway. We check every file before it goes near a press and come back to you if something needs fixing.

Is it really two separate prints, or one print showing through?
Two separate prints. The twin base holds two full 845 x 2100mm panels back to back, each printed in full colour on 440gsm block out polyester. The block out layer means neither side shows through the other, even with light behind the banner.
Can each side have different artwork?
Yes, at no extra charge. Supply one file per side. A common setup is a welcome message facing the entry and an offer or call to action facing the exit. Tell us which side faces which way and we will proof it accordingly.
Why not just buy two single banners?
Two singles standing back to back cost about the same but are two units to carry, set up and align, and they always show a gap or drift apart during the day. The twin base is one unit, one carry bag, one setup, and the two faces stay perfectly back to back.
How big is each side?
Each panel is 845mm wide by 2100mm tall, with a 2000mm visible image area once the banner is standing. It is the same footprint as our standard 850mm pull up banner, just printed on both faces.
Does it come in other widths?
The double sided banner comes in the 850mm width only. If you need a wider display, our Premium Pull Up Banners go up to 2400mm wide single sided, and you can place a double sided banner at each end of a run.
How fast can I get it?
We confirm the dispatch date when your order is placed, after artwork approval and payment. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier and your location, so tell us if you are working to an event date and we will let you know if it is achievable before you pay.
Is it hard to set up?
No. It sets up like a normal pull up banner, about a minute, no tools. Both panels pull up from the one base and clip to the support poles, and the whole thing packs back into a single carry bag.
