Envelope Printing Design Guidelines

Set the file to CMYK for accurate print colours
Ensure artwork is saved at 300 dpi
Include a 3mm bleed
11mm Grip – Print Exclusion Zone from the top. We recommend applying your logo more than 12mm from top to allow the fold and seal.
Do not place graphics or text closer than 3mm to edge
Convert fonts to outlines

Upload Your Artwork

You will then have the opportunity to upload your artwork files. We accept many file types including PDF, PSD, JPG and more, please refer to the artwork guidelines tab for further information on how to set up your artwork file for best results.

Complete Your Print Order Online

Complete the steps through the online checkout process and specify where you would like your order delivered to. We offer free standard delivery Australia wide and also have an express shipping option which you can select at checkout if you need your order faster.

Approve Your Artwork Proof

Upon receiving your order, our design team will review your artwork file and create a digital proof. This will be sent to you to review and approve within 4 hours of receiving your order (during business hours). Once you have approved your artwork proof, we will schedule your print job on the next available production run.

Artwork Guidelines

Creating your own artwork or your designer asking for how to supply the files?

Details below on what we require to get you the best results!

All artwork must be within the top 30% of the envelope. We also require an 11mm safe area (no print) across the top edge
Ensure the file is setup in CMYK colour mode
Save as 300dpi
Include 3mm bleed – For more information on artwork bleed click here.
For best results do not place any text or logos within 3mm of the edge of the artwork.
Convert all fonts to outlines

I'm a freelance graphic designer, and am often approached by clients for other printing options, particularly at the moment, as we see price increases everywhere!
One of my long-term clients suggested Space Print for her new business cards, as she liked the idea of the Scodix addition. We went ahead with the order; pricing was fairly reasonable for the quantity, the artwork upload process was easy, and the team member that reached out to me regarding pre-approval of the job was very informative about the printing process, etc.
I was updated when the job was complete and the delivery status of the item, and both client and myself were extremely impressed with only a 1-2 day wait on delivery. The item actually turned up as my client was getting ready to head out the door for a meeting, which she was hoping to have the new cards ready by, so that was spectacular timing! The quality of the cards, too, was exceptional.

I highly recommend this business for anyone looking for high quality printing, and quick turn around. I will also be using Space Print for my own printing needs going forward.
