Fridge Magnet Printing

A fridge magnet is the one piece of print people keep on purpose. It goes on the fridge, the filing cabinet or the whiteboard, and your name and number stay in sight every day.

Each magnet is printed in full colour on 350gsm card, gloss laminated, and mounted on a thin flexible magnet. The back is plain magnet. Corners are square.

Five sizes

90 x 55mm (Business Card). The classic. Your details on the fridge instead of in a drawer. Real estate agents, tradies, brokers, clinics and takeaway shops.
45 x 45mm (Small Square). A logo, a QR code or a single message. The lowest price per magnet.
99 x 210mm (DL). Room for a year calendar, a price list, a menu or a list of emergency numbers.
105 x 148mm (A6). Postcard size. Save the dates, appointment reminders and promotions.
148 x 210mm (A5). The largest size here. Full menus, planners and calendars.

Artwork Guidelines

Artwork Guidelines for Fridge Magnets

Set up at the finished size. Build your artwork as a one page PDF at the size you ordered, for example 90 x 55mm for a business card magnet.

Supply print-ready PDF artwork at 300dpi in CMYK. We convert anything in RGB, which can shift colour.
Add 3mm bleed on all sides and keep important text and logos at least 5mm inside the trim.
Only the front is printed. The back is plain magnet.
Corners are cut square. Do not design rounded corners into the artwork, they will show as a shape on a square magnet.
Keep text large enough to read from across a kitchen. Your name, phone number and website matter most.
If you want a QR code, make it at least 20mm square and test the printed proof with a phone before you approve it.
For a calendar magnet, check every date against the year you are printing. We print your file as supplied.

What are your fridge magnets made of?

350gsm card printed in full colour on the front, gloss laminated, and mounted on a thin 0.3mm flexible magnet. The back is plain magnet.

Which size should I choose?

90 x 55mm is the business card magnet and the one most people order. 45 x 45mm suits a logo or QR code. DL and A5 give room for a calendar, a menu or a price list. A6 is postcard size, right for save the dates and reminders.

What is the minimum order?

500 magnets. Choose 500, 1,000, 2,000, 5,000 or 10,000 on this page. The price per magnet drops as the quantity goes up.

Can I get rounded corners or a custom shape?

Not on this page. These magnets are cut with square corners. For rounded corners, a custom shape or a thicker magnet, send the details through the Custom Quote tab and we will price it.

Can I get a matt finish?

Not on this page. These magnets come gloss laminated only.

Are these suitable for car doors?

No. These are thin fridge magnets. Vehicle door magnets are made on a thicker magnet, so send the size through the Custom Quote tab and we will price it.

How much do fridge magnets cost?

Prices are shown live on this page, ex GST, for every size and quantity, and they include delivery anywhere in Australia. Choose your options above to see the price.

How fast will I get them?

Magnets are printed in a weekly run, so the dispatch date depends on which day your artwork is approved and paid. We confirm the dispatch date when you order. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier and your location, so please tell us if you are working to a date.

Can I upload my own artwork?

Yes. Upload a print-ready PDF when you order, or send it after. We check every file and send you a digital proof before printing. You get 2 free proofs.

Absolutely amazing print quality! I'm the fussiest client on the planet and my business cards had to be EXACTLY right. Believe me, I've spent a LOT of money on different printers (and been horribly disappointed), but SpacePrint absolutely NAILED IT. Marie's advice, patience and prompt communication are five star. No question was considered too trivial. I ordered the 450gsm premium velvet with spot varnish. The spot varnish was applied just over the black areas of the card front. It looks incredible, really adding a touch of luxe without the luxe price tag! Printing is clear, sharp, and trimmed beautifully. I couldn't be happier. The search for the perfect printer is over.
