When it comes to coffee cup design you want something that people take notice of, and if you have the skills, you can design it yourself:

Ensure ‘Preserve Illustrator Editing Capabilities’ are enabled in Coffee cup artwork guidelines found on the description tab of the Coffee Cup page
We print in full colour, so you don’t have to be limited to black and white
Use one of our free templates to make the design process easy!

If you are looking for a simple logo placement on your cups – just upload your logo files with your order and we will setup the artwork for no charge.

You can download one of the free templates and have a go at creating your own design. Or we can add your logo to the cups free of charge

Decide on the size and quantity

Now you can decide on the size and quantity of your cups! We supply 6oz, 8oz, 12oz and 16oz cups.

Upload your artwork

Now all that’s left is to upload your artwork! You can upload the template file or upload your logo and we can add it to the template for you.

Get fast delivery

The cost of shipping is quoted at the cost from the courier, to ensure you have the best freight prices. Production time is 10 business days for both single and double-walled coffee cups, excluding delivery.

Have a tight deadline? We can accommodate faster turnaround times as fast as 5-7 business days with a rush fee of $150+GST per size/design. Please email [email protected] to confirm that we can make your deadline if needed.

Our coffee cup prices depend on the size and quantity ordered, all prices listed on our website are accurate and fully inclusive except for freight which is quoted directly from the courier. This way you’ll know how much you’ll need to pay with no unwanted costs.

How long does it take to receive Printed Coffee Cups?

Standard production time is 10 business days after artwork approval. This does not include delivery. Rush orders can be completed in 5-7 business days for an additional fee of $150+GST per size/design. Please email [email protected] to confirm that we can make your deadline if needed.

Do Printed Coffee Cups come with lids?

Yes, black or white sipper lids are available at an additional cost of $50-$80+GST per 1000 lids, depending on cup type and size (the exact price shows when you select lids above).

Can I upload my own design for Printed Coffee Cups?

Yes, you can upload your own design using the provided templates, or simply upload your logo, and the design team can assist in creating the artwork.

Can you match my exact Pantone colour?

Cups are printed in full colour CMYK. Pantone colours are converted to CMYK, so they come out close but not an exact match, and colours print darker on brown kraft cups. If an exact Pantone match is essential, email [email protected] before ordering. Spot colour printing runs on a longer turnaround than our standard 10 business days.

What file specifications should I follow for my artwork?

Your artwork should be in CMYK colour mode, saved at 300dpi, and include the required bleed. The design should be within the template guidelines.

What printing options are available for Printed Coffee Cups?

The cups are printed in full colour with options for either double or single-wall, ensuring high-quality, vibrant printing.

Is free delivery available for Printed Coffee Cups?

No, freight is quoted based on your location and order size. Shipping costs typically range from $30 to $150, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery & Production Time

Turnaround Times

Standard production time is 10 business days (this does not include delivery).

Freight to metro locations usually takes 2-3 business days excluding WA & NT which can take 4-5 business days.

Please allow for an additional day or two for deliveries to regional locations.

RUSH ORDERS

Rush orders can be delivered as fast as 5-7 business days, but please email before placing an order to confirm that we can have this completed on time if you have a tight deadline.

Rush orders incur a $150+GST fee per size/design.

**We currently have a backlog of 16oz Single Wall cup jobs which is delaying orders for this product. Turnaround for these is currently approximately 15-20 business days.

Freight Costs

Freight is charged at cost from the Courier. To obtain a freight quote please email [email protected] with the delivery address and order requirements.

Shipping costs typically range from $30 to $150 depending on the quantity ordered and where they are being sent to.

Freight to WA & NT is typically more expensive and slower than to other states.

Believe me, I've spent a LOT of money on different printers (and been horribly disappointed), but SpacePrint absolutely NAILED IT. Marie's advice, patience and prompt communication are five star. No question was considered too trivial. I ordered the 450gsm premium velvet with spot varnish. The spot varnish was applied just over the black areas of the card front.
