Custom Appointment Cards

Keep your clients on schedule with professionally printed appointment cards. Handed out at the end of each visit, these cards serve as both a reminder and a professional touchpoint for your business. Printed at standard business card size (90 x 55mm), they slip easily into a wallet or purse.

All our appointment card finishes feature a writable surface so staff can fill in the date, time and practitioner by hand. Matt Cello (1 Side) gives you a professional laminated front with a smooth uncoated back for easy writing. Economy cards are uncoated on both sides for maximum writability. Premium cards use heavier 400gsm stock for an upmarket feel.

Choosing the Right Finish

Economy – Uncoated on both sides. Most affordable, excellent writability with any pen type.
Matt Cello (1 Side) – Silky matt laminate on the front for a polished look. Uncoated back for easy writing. Our most popular appointment card finish.
Gloss – High-shine gloss laminate on both sides. Best for pre-printed appointment details rather than hand-writing.
Premium (400gsm) – Extra-heavy 400gsm stock with matt cello finish. A thicker, more luxurious card for upmarket salons and clinics.

Matt Cello (1 Side) is most popular. Professional front, writable back. Economy also excellent.

Can I write on Gloss cards?

Difficult with standard pens. Use Gloss only for pre-printed appointment fields.

How much do they cost?

How long does delivery take?

Absolutely amazing print quality! I'm the fussiest client on the planet and my business cards had to be EXACTLY right. Believe me, I've spent a LOT of money on different printers (and been horribly disappointed), but SpacePrint absolutely NAILED IT. Marie's advice, patience and prompt communication are five star. No question was considered too trivial. I ordered the 450gsm premium velvet with spot varnish. The spot varnish was applied just over the black areas of the card front. It looks incredible, really adding a touch of luxe without the luxe price tag! Printing is clear, sharp, and trimmed beautifully. I couldn't be happier. The search for the perfect printer is over.
