Give people a reason to keep your offer with custom voucher cards from Space Print. Each card is printed in full colour on premium 350gsm artboard, laminated for durability and die-cut to 85 x 150mm with rounded corners and a perforated tear-off voucher across the middle.
The design does the work for you. The top panel is your message, the offer, the terms or the artwork. The bottom panel is the part your customer tears off and hands back, so the card carries the story and the stub carries the redemption.

Artwork Guidelines
Artwork Guidelines for Voucher Cards
Start from our die template. Voucher cards are die-cut with rounded corners and perforated across the middle, so the safest way to set up artwork is on top of the template. It shows the trim edge, the safe area and the exact position of the perforation.
Download the CMYKhub die template: Voucher Card die (85 x 150mm, Forme 32).
- Supply print-ready PDF artwork at 300dpi in CMYK.
- Add 3mm bleed on all sides and keep important text at least 5mm inside the trim.
- Keep text clear of the perforation. Leave at least 5mm above and below the perf line so nothing important sits on the tear.
- The tear-off stub is only 85 x 55mm, so keep the redemption side simple. A code, an expiry, a value and your logo is usually enough.
- If you are numbering vouchers or adding barcodes, tell us before you upload. Sequential numbering is a separate process and needs a quote.
- Rounded corners are part of the die, so avoid borders or frames that run close to the edge. Any trim movement shows up on a border.
- All artwork is converted to CMYK. RGB and Pantone colours will shift.
- You get 2 free proofs per artwork. Additional proofs are $25 + GST each.

Frequently Asked Questions
How big is the tear-off part?
The full card is 85 x 150mm and the perforation splits it into a 85 x 95mm top panel and a 85 x 55mm tear-off stub. The stub is just under business card size, so it fits a wallet, a till drawer or one of our gift card holders.
Is the perforation on every card?
Yes. Every voucher card is perforated across the middle as standard, using the same die every time, so the tear is clean and in the same place on all of them.
Should I print one side or both?
Double sided is the usual choice for vouchers. It gives you the offer on the front and room on the back for terms, conditions, expiry dates and how to redeem. Single sided is cheaper and works well when the card is a simple offer or a giveaway.
Which laminate should I choose?
Gloss is the brightest and most scuff-resistant. Matt is a soft, premium, non-reflective look. Velvet is a luxe soft-touch finish that feels great in the hand and suits high-value gift vouchers. Note that all three laminates make the card hard to write on, so if staff need to hand-write a name or expiry date, request a quote for an unlaminated run.
Can you number the vouchers or add barcodes?
Sequential numbering and variable barcodes are possible but they are a separate process, not part of the standard price. Send us the run length and the number range and we will quote it.
What is the minimum order?
100 cards. Available quantities are 100, 200, 250, 500, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 2,500 and 5,000. For anything larger, request a custom quote.
Will it fit in an envelope?
Yes. At 85 x 150mm the card slides into a standard DL envelope, which makes it easy to include in a mailout, an invoice or a welcome pack. We can print the envelopes too.
How thick is the card?
350gsm artboard, the same weight we use for premium business cards and door hangers, plus laminate. It is a solid card that survives being carried around, not a flyer.
