When the banner is standing next to your MD at a conference, the hardware matters as much as the print. Premium pull up banners from Space Print sit on a low-profile black anodised base with a lifetime base warranty, a step up in looks and build from the silver base on our standard banner. The print is the same commercial-grade 440gsm block out polyester, full colour, so the graphic stays flat and opaque with no shadows or light bleed through the back.
Every banner arrives assembled in its own padded carry bag. Pull the graphic up, clip the pole in, and it is standing in under a minute.
Four widths, up to 2.4 metres
This is the range to use when one standard banner is not enough presence. All four sizes are 2100mm tall with a 2000mm visible image area.
- 850mm wide (845 x 2100mm print). The classic size, right for entries, counters and expo booths.
- 1200mm wide (1190 x 2100mm print). Noticeably wider presence without a bigger footprint on the floor.
- 1800mm wide (1790 x 2100mm print). A genuine backdrop from a single base, wide enough to stand behind.
- 2400mm wide (2390 x 2100mm print). Media wall territory. One banner, one bag, a 2.4 metre branded wall for photos, interviews and stage backdrops.
Where the black base earns its keep
- Conferences and corporate events. The black base reads premium on stage and in photos, and disappears against dark staging.
- Media walls and photo backdrops. The 1800mm and 2400mm widths do the job of a media wall without the frame, the tools or the bulky cases.
- Retail and showrooms. A permanent-looking display you can still pack down in a minute and move between sites.
- Exhibitions. Line up two or three widths for a continuous backdrop that travels as carry bags, not crates.
Built to be reused
The base is warranted for life, and the polyester print is tough enough to be packed down and set up show after show. When your message changes, talk to us about a replacement graphic for your existing base through our contact page.
Banners are printed single sided. If you need a banner seen from both directions, our Double Sided Pull Up Banner prints two 850mm panels back to back.

Artwork Guidelines
Artwork Guidelines for Premium Pull Up Banners
Design for the visible area. The print is 2100mm tall but only the top 2000mm is visible once the banner is standing. The bottom 100mm wraps into the base, so keep it clear of logos and text.
- Supply a print-ready PDF in CMYK at final size. We convert anything in RGB, which can shift colour.
- Keep important text and logos well inside the edges, and remember the bottom 100mm disappears into the base.
- Put the key message in the top half of the banner. That is the part seen across a room, above other people and furniture.
- Templates for all four widths are available. Ask for yours through our contact page before you design.
- Banners are read from metres away. Big type, strong contrast and one clear message beat a crowded layout every time.
- For the 1800mm and 2400mm backdrop sizes, think of the middle band at head height. That is where cameras and eyes land in photos.
- If your file is at reduced scale or you are not sure about resolution, send it through anyway. We check every file before it goes near a press and come back to you if something needs fixing.

What is different about a premium pull up banner?
The base. Our standard pull up banner sits on a silver base; the premium banner sits on a low-profile black base with a lifetime base warranty, and the range goes up to 2400mm wide. The print material is the same commercial 440gsm block out polyester on both.
Which width should I choose?
850mm is the classic single banner for entries and counters. 1200mm gives a wider presence in the same footprint. 1800mm is wide enough to stand in front of as a backdrop, and 2400mm is a genuine media wall replacement from a single base. All four are 2100mm tall.
Can I use the 2400mm banner as a media wall?
Yes, that is exactly what it is for. It gives you a 2.39m wide by 2m visible branded backdrop from one base, sets up in about a minute and packs into a single carry bag. Two side by side make a continuous wall almost 4.8m wide.
Is it double sided?
No, premium pull up banners are printed single sided with block out polyester, so nothing shows through the back. If you need print on both sides, our Double Sided Pull Up Banner prints two 850mm panels back to back.
What does the lifetime base warranty cover?
The base mechanism is warranted for the life of the product. If the cassette or pull up mechanism fails in normal use, contact us and we will sort out a replacement through the manufacturer.
Can I replace the graphic later and keep the base?
Yes. The printed graphic can be swapped in the same base, so a rebrand or a new campaign does not mean buying new hardware. Contact us with your base size and we will quote the replacement print.
How fast can I get it?
Most premium pull up banner orders are dispatched approximately 1 to 2 working days after artwork approval and payment. Larger quantities of the 1800mm and 2400mm sizes can take a little longer. We confirm the dispatch date when you order. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier and your location.
How heavy are they?
The 850mm banner is light enough to carry to a meeting in one hand, and every size comes with its own padded carry bag. The wider backdrop sizes are heavier but still a one-person carry and set up.
